I’m currently involved in an ongoing legal matter with Fairfield Ford, so I’ll keep this review focused on the facts as I experienced them. I brought my Ford F-450 in for service, and while the truck was in their possession, the seats went missing. What followed has been a long and disappointing process with little accountability or meaningful communication from the dealership. I’ve been a loyal Ford owner for years and have worked with many service centers, but this situation left me deeply concerned about how customer property is handled and protected. I hope that management and Ford Corporate take a closer look at how this location operates and ensure no other customer has to go through something similar.

Nathaniel earned a five-star because he was very responsive and prompt in communication with us from beginning to finish. He kept us informed each step of the way. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the car. He went extra miles to accommodate our time schedule.
