I’ve purchased over 10 ford vehicles from different dealerships and ive never seen such a rude, lack of respect for the customer. This was the absolute worst experience ever! The car I wanted so bad, a Lincoln aviator I almost sent back because of the drama it brought to my life! I’ll never go back or do business there again. Aaron talked to me like a piece of garbage and Brian is just a snake. They’re great until they make the deal, and get their money, then after they close the deal, they basically tell you to go kick rocks. My brand new vehicle came in the worst condition I’ve ever seen a car come in! $101,000 for a car that looked like it sat in a backlot waiting for some sucker to buy. (I purchased this car via phone/ internet, since we live in the valley). Brian had it picked up days after I received it to fix the problem, they kept it for 2 weeks promised to make it right and delivered it exactly how it left here.!!! There was overspray of sealant all over all the windows and the car. The hood had 2 different colors of white. It felt dirty as soon as I got it! But the bonus was the toll violation ticket they got while bringing me my car back.I call to resolve that issue and they got mad at me! My car has 800 miles on it now, and 400 of those miles were driven by the dealership trying to fix my problem. I want to love my car so much, but instead I resent it, Fairfield lincoln, Brian, and Aaron are scammers who are just trying to make their quota for the month. Leave yourself a lot of tears and stress and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FAIRFIELD LINCOLN. More

Don't trust these people. I arranged a test drive of the Mustang Mach E GT. They pulled a classic bait and switch. When I arrived at the dealer they told me I could not drive the GT, at all, but could drive Mustang Mach E GT. They pulled a classic bait and switch. When I arrived at the dealer they told me I could not drive the GT, at all, but could drive the California model. It was boring. Worse yet, they were rude. To top it all off they had marked the car up $10,000 above MSRP. For me, this is three strikes and you are out. Find yourself another dealer. More
I tried to reach this dealership 5x via their contact page and phone number. NO RESPONSE whatsoever I was approved for a car loan, had selected the care through my credit union and TrueCar. Ok, As much as I hate leaving reviews, I thought to come and drop this piece here. I have been to this store twice as the last option, but after today, they are my number one option. Excellent customer service, and they (different sales people to be precise) worked with me and today, both my son and I own two Ford cars at reasonable prices. Regardless of how much they will be making, these people are awesome. I say this because while searching for cars to buy, all the other car dealership outlets just shook their heads, or looked down on me without knowing my worth, but not these guys. (Carlos Marlano Sep 2020, and Jeff Tolentino 24 Jan 2021). I hope this gets to someone because I mean it from the bottom of my heart. More

He was rude and condescending. He told me that if I didn’t like the car I had two days to return it and even if I had an extended warranty they weren’t going to fix anything anyway. I did eventually get an answer to my question that I was able to verify but not before he had thoroughly disparaged me with his attitude. Actually, I love the car and didn’t want to return it. I just asked if he could explain something to me that I didn’t understand. Too bad I can’t love the service department at Ford Lincoln of Fairfield too. More

They refused and said that was not the offer on convertible. Said some other person wrote that price on his name and he didn't knew. When on successive emails he was talking about same. Such a cheaters and liars. Definitely no one should go to buy vehicles from them. They will just waste your time and they don't care. Travelled 2hours to come back without a car.
