I purchased a new 2018 Ford Explorer, didn't think I was gonna be able to get in one but I did tha I had a great overall experience Luis was great. I had a very bad experience the last time around and was not expecting much but Kevin restored my faith. Kevin went out of his way to find me exactly what I needed. It was painless and almost effortless. He really spent a lot of time with me and I know it was not much of a commission for him with all the incentives to get me in the car. The whole group has been really great. The car needed a few things, and true to his word, they were fixed right away and one thing on my time which was a month down the line. Best experience I have ever had at a dealership! Was doing some online research through my banks "car buying program" when I cam across the exact vehicle I was looking for. I put in an interest request and was immediately contacted by Raul Valles asking "what I needed" to make this a successful experience. Raul immediately coordinated a time he had available on the following day that I wanted to be at the dealership. He kept me well informed and even went out of his way to send pictures of the vehicle to me. The 2015 Ford Focus I was interested in had just arrived at the dealership and only had a photo or two uploaded. Upon arrival we walked up just as Raul walked out, perfect timing right. He was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire experience. I have been to numerous car dealerships and purchased other vehicles and Raul by far made this the easiest experience and was the most professional auto salesman I have come in contact with. He made sure the vehicle was ready beyond expectations because he wanted it to be perfect for us. While the paperwork was being drafted he even treated us to an awesome lunch at the attached diner, Mustang Sally's, which was amazing. Big thanks to our waitress there, she was very kind. Kem and Kelly were also extremely helpful during our visit ensuring everything was covered, handled and explained. Got exactly what I was looking for without. I had come to the decision of what vehicle I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and how I would like the deal to play out. A 2018 Explorer was my target an I had come to the decision of what vehicle I wanted, what I wanted to pay, and how I would like the deal to play out. A 2018 Explorer was my target and Ford Country was the closest dealer to my house, so I submitted an application on their website and was contacted by Jose Chavez shortly after. I gave him the details of what I was looking to do and he told me no problem he could make it happen. I showed up later that day and he did exactly that, without compilation and rather quickly he had put the deal together, got it approved, and had me in finance wrapping up all within an hours time. I've worked in sales most of my life and could not be happier with Jose and Ford Country's entire process. More
