Absolutely great customer care I've given Ford Country a 5 star rating because they really care for their customers. Ive been wanting to upgrade my Ford Explorer for a while and eve I've given Ford Country a 5 star rating because they really care for their customers. Ive been wanting to upgrade my Ford Explorer for a while and everyone from Rebecca in sales to Kelli in finance were extremely helpful in fulfilling my need to upgrade. I really didnt think any of it was possible but Rebecca kept pushing for a positive outcome. She took care of me when I was there, making sure I was okay, always checking on me. She explained to me every step of the way what was happening, and what was gonna happen next. And when I was about to just give up and go home, she championed her positivity into existence. I was in awe at her enthusiasm about my upgrade. I will forever be a Ford customer when it comes to anything concerning upgrades and possibly purchasing a new car because of the care that I experienced. Rebecca always made me feel at home at Ford. Very attentive and respectful. She answered all my questions I had about the process. She never gave up. What an awesome individual to work with.And Kelli in finance was an absolute joy to work with. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Who knew signing financial contracts would be so fun and calm. If I could rate 10 stars I would. So much gratitude to Rebecca and Kelli. More
