Exceded mu expectations. I came to Country Ford because The other dealership (Gaudin) did not treat me with respect. I have purchased over 18 cars with them. However when I came by Ford Country I was met by Eric(who I had contacted by phone earlier) who lead me through what I thought would be a bad experience but surprised me with high level professionalism. He was very knowledgeable on every aspect of the deal. Because of Eric I have switched all my business to Ford Country. He has helped me not only purchase a new Escape but service my 2016 Explorer XLT and Explorer Sport Trac..I am a very hazard person to please , but Eric and Ford Country have please me completely. Horrible A car we put money down on was sold out from under us. Manager has yet to man up and return our calls for their mistake.
