Caring Customer Focused Experience Five stars. My fiancé and I were in panic looking for options for a new vehicle I could travel in, take clients in, and commute in. We searched high a Five stars. We searched high and low for a vehicle that would be economical, presentable, and efficient. Kevin gave us a call after we put an inquiry for a used Ford Fiesta same day. He spoke with us, and had a welcoming low pressure approach. Offering us to schedule a time to come and view the vehicle. After some debate, we went down and he met with us immediately. Kevin, listening to our needs, concerns whilst factoring in our credit, history and future presented us a solution that worked for all. He actually got us in a brand new Ford Fiesta! Don't bother us if your vehicle is over 10 years old Made an appointment due to my vehicle having a couple of issues. After waiting 15 minutes to be checked in, an advisor came out asked what the problem Made an appointment due to my vehicle having a couple of issues. After waiting 15 minutes to be checked in, an advisor came out asked what the problems were, checked the mileage and year of my car and then proceeded to tell me that I was better off taking it to a third party as he did not want to touch it. Basically, he did not want to diagnose the issues and not fix them, as Ford no longer made the parts and he did not want to use third party parts as he could not offer a warranty on them. I brought my car in as I wanted the faults diagnosed. If they could not repair them, that was fine as I would at least know what needed to be fixed. Also, I have successfully purchased Ford OEM parts for my vehicle from the parts dept without any issues before, so there are still some OEM parts available and without diagnosing the problems, there is no way of knowing whether or not the OEM Ford parts are available or not. My car is not some rare unicorn, simply a well kept 2002 Ford Focus wagon, owned from new with 192000 miles. More
