Frank Luciano in internet sales, Tino Villalobos in finance, and Natalie Ocegueda in delivery took great care of me, thank you all! I did my car selection and shopping all online, so by the time I reached out to Frank I already knew the vehicle I was interested in, the pictured red 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium. Frank set me up with an appointment to come in and do a test drive. Everything went well with the test drive and I got to know Frank a little bit who seems like a great guy. After the test drive I decided to buy and got turned over to Tino who got me through the finance portion quickly and painlessly, taking time to answer some of the questions I had. Once that was done I got handed off to Natalie who did a great and very thorough job introducing me to the vehicle and its systems and settings before driving away. Ford Country has a great team and I look forward to my continued relationship with them. Thanks all! More

My 2014 Mustang Convertible top no longer functioned. Received an estimate of $2200.00 to fix it. Three days later, heard from the dealership, that "it needed more work than they thought" and it would Received an estimate of $2200.00 to fix it. Three days later, heard from the dealership, that "it needed more work than they thought" and it would now cost $7800 to fix including the $2200 already spent. They would not refund the 2200, insisting I had agreed to the work, so I got my mustang back in the exact same condition for 2200 dollars. I asked to speak to the Service Manager, and of course he was on a "conference call". I spoke to another manager, who assured me he would review the paperwork with Mr. Hernandez and have him call me back. Three days later, no word, so I left a message for Mr. Hernandez. As of the writing of this review, still no call back, and of course, this time, no survey to fill out. My only solace, is I'm comfortable that I will spend far more than $2200 in the years to come, and it will not go to this dealership More
Avoid this dealership. Recently purchased a Mach-e ($$$$) and once it was able to be driven at highway speeds the wind noise was unacceptable. When trying to work with the dealership to diagnose/correct/adjust for the issue their main goal was to avoid talking to me at all costs, sidestep any responsibility for the issue, blame it on Ford corporate, etc, etc. Anything to avoid responsibility. No customer service and zero effort to make me a happy new car purchaser. When working with the service department it was impossible to get anyone to answer the phone, let alone give me updates/progress reports/etc. These people are DONE with you as soon as you drive off the lot. Avoid, avoid, avoid. More
