Throughout the transaction of us buying our 2015 GMC YUKON XL 1500 DENALI his interaction gave all the answers to every question that arose. Kevin gave a tour of Ford Country Dealership showing us exactly where to get service for any future needs such as accessories, vehicle rental, shuttle, and more. Ryan Burgess processed the paperwork including a very affordable warranty. When the sale was complete, our vehicle was cleaned and fueled. I took my Ford Fusion Hybrid in for an oil change to Friendly Ford. We used to deal with Ford Country but no longer do so because they cheated us on a repair. The service dept at Friendly Ford needed to Friendly Ford. We used to deal with Ford Country but no longer do so because they cheated us on a repair. The service dept at Friendly Ford needed to flush the oil system because our last oil change with Ford Country used regular oil in a Hybrid which is not correct per Ford Service Manual. You guessed it, the last oil change was done be Ford Country. Friendly Ford did not charge us for the extra service. We are never going to incompetent Ford Country again More

We had a good experience at first. Neil our salesman was great. Front desk need a lot of training. They were uninformed causing a lot of frustrations. The issue was settled and all is well now.
