From the manager in service to Jose service writer. Never met two people that could lie so much this company without a doubt should close. They don't stand behind their work. I had car Shield took it there t met two people that could lie so much this company without a doubt should close. They don't stand behind their work. I had car Shield took it there to get to work done. Three alternators later I finally got it running is carshield sucks. I was told I had two year warranty on the alternator. But I didn't have warranty parts and labor on a water pump. I was so livid being there on Monday if you were standing in front of me when I left I probably would have ran your xxx over. Wish manager and service writer ever. When a service writer came out at the very end when my car pulled up I don't think I've ever dropped so many f-bombs in my life I wonder how they're staying in business Without A Doubt the crappiest Ford dealership I've ever had to deal with. Go back 5 months ago I gave him great reviews I hope lightning strikes because karma is a b****. You want a smog $48 go anywhere in town and get one for less than 20. That's just one example how they like to rip people off. More
