Every transaction , from first encounter to driving away in my 2020 Ford Energi has been outstanding. You never have to worry about the progress of the deal. Chad had kept me advised from the time the order was made until I drove off the lot. But wait! That wasn’t and isn’t the end. Chad has called me a couple of times since making sure I was happy with the purchase, making sure I understood all the features of my car and, generally, how was I. Scott in finance worked wonders with the financing and I ended up better than I originally wanted. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ford Country. As a matter of fact, I have been so impressed with the service and the product that I recommended my son in New Jersey by a Ford Energi as well.. Great car and great service.
