Ford Country

My experience with Ford Country was very positive. I'd been looking for a used, but late model (2018+) Honda Odyssey for a few weeks in Northern Utah (stupid idea if you are familiar with the demographics been looking for a used, but late model (2018+) Honda Odyssey for a few weeks in Northern Utah (stupid idea if you are familiar with the demographics of Utah and the typical family size). Odysseys and similar family trucksters can often be in short supply. The best deal I found for price, mileage, and options led me to their ad even though they are over 400 miles away. The deal was a significant savings, more than enough to pay for a plane ticket and then some. My salesman Frank Luciano worked with me over phone and text as I went to my bank near home to get a loan and secure funds which was done quickly (shoutout to America First Credit Union). This sent me flying from Salt Lake to Las Vegas where my salesman drove into town to pick up my lost xxx at the airport (I've never used McCarran except for layovers). Frank and I began talking around 8 am, we had the deal worked out, I got my loan, flew, did the paperwork at the dealership, and drove 6+ hours back home all in a single day (okay, it was a few hours into the am on the next day)! It was pretty amazing. At the dealership it took a bit longer than I'd have liked, but I know that they were busy, and I just had to wait. They provided drinks, snacks, and air conditioning (it was 116 outside according to the Odyssey). There was also a mixup with some paperwork, but Frank went out of his way to make it right. He was top-notch all the way through even texting and calling outside of business hours! Oh, and I love the car! More
