Overall a good dealership. The biggest complaint is how long we had to wait for finance. Luis filled in for Frank and was very professional. I was disappointed in Frank. We had an apt on Friday for a specific truck and follow up on Saturday to close the deal. When I got there, the truck had been disappointed in Frank. We had an apt on Friday for a specific truck and follow up on Saturday to close the deal. When I got there, the truck had been sold. So everything a planned on went out the window and Luis had to deal with that situation. I was very close to leaving and really feel a bit set up. The ultimate deal includes a bed liner and step rails. I was told I would receive a call today but did not. Not off to a good start after dropping over $30k on a new truck More
