Made an appointment for service, just needed an oil change after road trip vacation. When I got there, apparently my appointment didn't get in the books, but they did accommodate me but it took 1hr 30m change after road trip vacation. They washed my car after ( I had just washed and detailed the day before) and when I got home I noticed that the passenger side of the car had grease smeared on it, that was kinda messed up. I would still go back the customer service, even with the mess up on the appointment was good. The employees are all very nice. In the end what I needed done, was done. More
My sales rep. Was Kevin Clyde. Kevin did a great job on my internet sale. He kept me up to date, advised well and was always there to answer questions or concerns. His follow-up was as it should be. I was disappointed with the time it took to get the deal finalized and me on the road. I did not appreciate the Ford extended warranty being pushed as hard as it was. I was in sales for 40 years and know the game. When I said NO it should have ended. Took a while to get to the final paperwork to my county DMV, but it all worked out. More
Treated like I was a nobody with a 70,000 truck. Never again. Have never been treated so badly. Acted as fixing my truck that is under warranty was a problem to them then stirred me off to a rental car pl again. Have never been treated so badly. Scheduling person didn’t even get up or offer me a seat to set up car date and answer my warranty questions….. Not as much was fixed as another shop recommended so I’m hopeful all that is necessary was done. And I don’t have the compressor go out again.
