Paid for oil change and tire rotation plus other included services. Tires were not rotated nor inflation checked. I mark tire location and inflation beforehand to verify work is done. I supposedly had a recall fixed but how can I trust the work was completed if they lie about the little stuff? Terrible service on check in. I filled out all my information in the Ford app to provide all requested service. Made the appointment a month ahead of time. Service writer told me he would need my truck for a week to perform some simple service tasks. I had to settle for an oil change and the recall work. So when they didn’t service my tires as promised I was annoyed. Truck was not sanitized on delivery. Dirty dude got out after touching steering wheel and shifter. Didn’t wipe down anything. More

He's rude and talks downs to people. He has an "I don't care attitude ". He did what he wanted to even when we specifically asked for something else 3 TIMES!
