He's rude and talks downs to people. He has an "I don't care attitude ". He did what he wanted to even when we specifically asked for something else 3 TIMES! Good, efficient service. They didn’t waste my time. This was a warranty battery replacement. Ford Motor Company Towing Service did a terrible job. After the jumpstart didn’t work, it took almost 5 hours was a warranty battery replacement. Ford Motor Company Towing Service did a terrible job. I called Ford Country this morning concerning 30,000 service and a couple of recalls on my 2019 F150. This evening the Svc is complete and Appointment set for 3 days forward on Recall.
