Took in my 2020 Ford Explorer for blue screen showing on back camera and other small issues. It wasn't my first time taking it in but attendant Jose Valdivia was very helpful and actually replaced camera in back camera and other small issues. I was very satisfied with my experience this time around. Jose my service technician did everything he could to accommodate me. I was not happy with my last experience when I took my f-150 in for a recall an Jose my service technician did everything he could to accommodate me. If it's a possibility to give someone more than 5 stars it would be Dan Jones and Kevin wakeland. Those guys really helped us out because we can't get in the first time and they got us a great car it got s it would be Dan Jones and Kevin wakeland. Those guys really helped us out because we can't get in the first time and they got us a great car it got stolen and we came back to him for a second card and they got us an even better vehicle for a cheaper price and less mileage than the first so I would say those guys deserve a million stars!
