Great service writer Daniel Lopez did a fantastic job on communicating the issues with me the only problem was that I thought my additional Costing warranty would cover all parts including my driver side w communicating the issues with me the only problem was that I thought my additional Costing warranty would cover all parts including my driver side window control panel ,but Ford Warranty denied it it was a small interior repair and I paid it but not sure what the extra money I paid for warranty extension really accomplished,not really happy with FMC .
