Jason and his manager were amazing! I was rather demanding and they never turned into the infamous "car salesman" jerk. I was stressed to the max between work and trying to get a car (my old POS die demanding and they never turned into the infamous "car salesman" jerk. Did not recieve $1000.00 rebate for financing with ford motor company as advertised. Was told the alarm system was already in the truck and part of the deal. I later saw it was not and there was an additio motor company as advertised. Was told the alarm system was already in the truck and part of the deal. I later saw it was not and there was an additional charge for it. Then was told I needed to come back in to have it programmed was called and reminded. I do not want or need the alarm system. The next day I got a call from finance and was told the interest rate would be better. I was extremely pleased. Several hours later was called back and told it was a mistake he read it wrong. Would return the vehicle if it was an option. Very unhappy with the terms and what went on. More

Dealerships are dealerships, some are ok some are little better. At the end of the day all i really want is a salesman who is knoweldgable about the product and doesnt lie when they offer you something. If better. If dealing with Ford Country I would strongly urge you to get with the salesman Ryan Burgess, He was the first salesman that i have ever worked with more knoweladgeble than myself on ford products. Just looking around and meet Ron, wonderful person, treated us to lunch and had us test driving a truck , Ron had to leave and Richard took over for him.
