This has changed since buying or new Explorer at Ford Country. No pressure from the sales staff was key in this turn around. She has now been to a class for My Ford Touch and the SYNC systems at the dealership. She’s been back to have the keyless entry set and is going back this weekend to have some service done. She has told me that from the sales staff to the service department,Every person she has had contact with has been 1st class. “They’re making me believe in customer service again”. Within the new car industry? How’s that for a novel idea? Now as far as the new vehicle… OMG! What Ford is doing is unbelievable. The styling, The drivability, The technology.... Nothing was overlooked. This is truly a world class automobile. What more can we say…………Nice Job! Now we’re talkin! More

I compared cars online and Ford Fiesta came up in a top rating for the class. I was intrigued, so I emailed my local Ford Country via their website. I took a test drive and we sat down and worked out the payments and features I wanted. The service staff I met are also friendly and professional. I stopped in a for a check on something, and they were on the spot in helping me out! The dealership is clean, people have smiles on their face, and the place has a good energy about it. I am really enjoying my experience as a Ford customer! More
I went looking for a car,and Monica was nice and helpful and we had a pleasant experience at first. But then we did all the paperwork and made a deal and set a price and was able to drive home that day. My and we had a pleasant experience at first. My wife loved the car and so did my kids but then we got a phone call saying we needed to come down to fill out final paperwork. My wife and son went with me, I went back to the office and all of a sudden our original contract and agreement on price for the vehicle almost doubled as far as the down payment and the interest skyrocketed from what was originally on paper. I was so pissed off by that point that I was ready to walk out and just the keys back at them, but my wife calmed me down and Ed in finance did some figuring and I was finally content with our original terms for the vehicle with our payments being a couple dollars more but reasonable.Our agreement was for the original price we asked for and the down payment was in a check post dated until we got our tax return.We were reassured that once we got money we could come down and pick up and hand them cash and if there were any problems to let them know and they would work with us.We were so grateful at the time. We had the vehicle two weeks,filed our taxes and had to wait an extra week to get our full money. So we immediately called and informed both Monica and Ed who were the two people we had interacted with during our visits and to our surprise they not only were not willing to work with us as discussed,they sent my check to the bank and were very rude in our conversations about the situation at hand.We did everything they asked us to do and in return they were very unprofessional and adamant about us bringing the vehicle back right then and there.Needless to say we returned their vehicle and took our business elsewhere and in turn got a better vehicle that our family loves and enjoys for a lot less and a lot better buying experience. We will not ever go back to this place or even refer any of our friends or family to this location.We were not happy and if anything will tell everyone of our awful experience and how they should go somewhere else...It's places like that that make it hard for honest people to get good deals because they are full of empty promises and take advantage of people More
I purchased a vehicle that was listed on their website; price was fair and the vehicle was what I was looking for....sent an email in...got a fast response...agreed a price....I thought great, this company price was fair and the vehicle was what I was looking for....sent an email in...got a fast response...agreed a price....I thought great, this company will be good. Wired the down payment the next day...then things changed.... They sent the sale documents through and the car was not at the price we had agreed, called, they said don't worry, we'll send a check out for the difference next day. Overnight paperwork back to them (Monday)...was told, yep, car will ship out by Wednesday night and be to me on the Saturday... Called 1 WEEK LATER and the car STILL hadn't shipped!!! Called to find out why..something about trying to find a truck....Oh and the check they said they would send out..that still hadn't gone either! Main Issues: 1. Was told car was Non-Smoker...Previous driver was definitely a smoker.... 2. Was told car would ship 2 days after they received payment...didn't ship for nearly 2 weeks. 3. Was given the run-around when I called to ask where the car was... I warn you - if you are buying on-line - find a professional dealership to work with. More

The look and overall atmosphere of the Showroom was clean, shiny and very "eye friendly". Our salesman, Robert Badenhop, was referred to us and I am so glad he was. He was wonderful to work with...we never felt pressured or pushed into any purchase or decision. When he greeted us, he was very friendly, and sincere in finding the vehicle that was just right for us. At first, we were not truly sure what kind of new vehicle we were in the market for, so Rob took his time and was truly patient in showing us different models until we finally chose the one that was just right for our lifestyle and affordability...the FORD EDGE LIMITED! I love my new car! It offers more than I could have ever imagined. Finance Manager, Sam Margolis, was also very nice and helpful in explaining and answering any questions we had regarding our financing and warranties. He showed us different packages for the warranties and what best might suit us. More
