Scott and Paul were awesome. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Scott was so helpful in providing information to help me make a good buying decision. It was quick, easy, prov car buying experience I have ever had. Scott was so helpful in providing information to help me make a good buying decision. It was quick, easy, provided all the facts and no pressure - two hours, and I left with a car that takes care of every one of my needs. He made sure I didn't drive away without understanding all the bells and whistles of my new Ford Edge, and has followed up with me a few times since then to make sure all is well. Between Scott, Paul the sales manager, and the finance guy, they made me feel like #1 priority. I would always and do plan to recommend this dealership and this salesman to all of my friends. More

A Dealership with the Customer in mind making sure customer is at ease with the entire Transaction. The Drivers Tow mirror had a crack which me and Dan noticed but the crack was small and did not appear to be a problem. Drove it for 2 Days when I noticed Crack becoming Bigger and finally cracking the entire amber lens and Frame of Drivers side Tow mirror. Repair Quote $349.49 for replacement part and 2Hrs to Repair. Neither I or Dan (Salesman) Thought the crack would crack the entire length of the mirror. I think the dealership should pay for the repairs as it is a safety issue. Ford Country should take care of this at Ford Country Expense. As the salesman and myself thought the small crack would not be an issue. If we had known it would be an issue it would have been part of the contract. I did buy the Warranty on Said Vehicle a F-350. I am very satisfied with the Truck. I can not see any other issues. The Truck is just what I need and wanted. Thankyou For selling me this Truck. The Loan was 16.99% Interest so I Aquired a Loan for 8.9% Interest paying off the First Loan. Also First Loan was 72mos and the new Loan is for 48mos. The interest on the first Loan was just to high. I Vernon H Rude Jr am satisfied with the purchase. I will recommend the dealership to anyone in market for a vehicle. I can not thank you enough. More

My wife and I have been dealing with Ford over 10 years our first time was great the second time here in Las Vegas was a nightmare Gaudin literally held us hostage for more than two hours till the floor ma our first time was great the second time here in Las Vegas was a nightmare Gaudin literally held us hostage for more than two hours till the floor manager step in their staff was horrible. The third time was at Ford Country I must say the treatment there was like being a family member. I was contacted by Sherri when we started looking and she stayed with us through the whole process. She built a package for what we were looking for we finally got approval got to together on July 13. Our first contact with her was like heaven, we talked and walked out to the lot and the first car she showed us the wife loved it. The ford fiesta a little more than we expected but we are very happy, the procedure went well she treated us to lunch. She has stayed in contact since, if we were treated like that the second time would be nice. But we are now loyal customers to Ford Country. Hats off to Sherri and Troy and the rest of the staff thanks. More
Ryan was fantastic-very knowledgeable about the product and very friendly! He treated us great! Troy was less than fantastic. He was somewhat arrogant telling us how great of a salesman he was before and very friendly! He treated us great! Troy was less than fantastic. He was somewhat arrogant telling us how great of a salesman he was before he was in finance. He is also thin skinned. He didn't like when we corrected him on a few errors that were made regarding the paperwork and the deal we had made with Ryan. As the finance person, you need to be thick skinned as that is the department that people dislike the most. I thought Troy's personality was a little too big for himself. He is the reason my experience was just "good" and not "great". If my experience is only about Ryan, I give it all 5s. More

My wife and I stepped into this dealer to test drive a new focus hatchback, as we were cross shopping between it and the equivalents of other manufacturers. Test drive went great. We were impressed with t new focus hatchback, as we were cross shopping between it and the equivalents of other manufacturers. Test drive went great. We were impressed with the car. Even took us to their off site lot to look for the specific one we wanted. But we still had one more car to try before we made our decision. We came back to the dealer after testing the competition and decided that we liked the focus best. We were ready to make a deal. So the sales rep that we talked to earlier was still there and we said ok give us the real numbers. I tell him "I make 100k a year and have a credit score over 700. Financing is not an issue, payments are not an issue im just looking at final price of the car. That is the only number i care about." So he comes back with a print out and says this is the best we can do. I look at the sheet and the price is a little higher than I wanted to pay but being a dealer I know i have to haggle. My wife has never bought a car before so she asks him "does that price include all the fees and taxes and stuff?" and I immediately correct her "no no no the fees are on top of that price" and then I am corrected by the sales rep "No actually that price is out the door" suddenly the price on that sheet became great. they were still making a small profit off the car and I have a final price I can justify in my head for a small car like that, and I didn't have to haggle and they didnt hide things they just gave me the real number! I was in shock! It had to be too good to be true. So I asked 3 times and then my wife asked a second time to make for sure the price on that page was the OUT THE DOOR PRICE. so 5 times the question was asked and 5 times I got the affirmative that it was the out the door price. So I smile and say " Its a deal get the paperwork." In my head I'm thinking this dealer now has a customer for life if this is real. We fill out the mounds of paperwork and im starting to actually believe that this amazing dealership actually followed through. I get to signing the final paperwork and the sales contract is last thing I have to sign. Queue the you just messed up on the price is right music. The numbers are all wrong. car is not only increased the initial price by 1000 and options were itemized separately more $$$ and then taxes and fees $$$ plus extended warranty. (this part i was ok with raising the price of the car out the door as it was an extra I asked for after the deal was agreed upon and only was asked as we were doing the final paperwork.) So I correct the sales manager guy that's filling the paperwork out. " Hey this price is wrong and the numbers are all wrong the price that was agreed to was on this form I verified 5 times that it was the out the door price so the only thing im paying extra for is the extended warranty." he goes to verify with the sales rep that this was indeed what was agreed upon and he agrees yes that is what I told them... then the manager tells him that NO we will not sell this car at that price that the form is the pre tax and fees and price. and then makes him come and explain that the price will actually be another 5k over the agreed price (with the extended warranty) still 3k more than agreed to initially. I declined. The car was getting detailed and prepped and filled with gas we were ready to take it home. I was a happy customer for life if they had just followed through. However I was lied to and had several hours of my life wasted so that they could try to make a bigger profit off the car. My recommendation go anywhere but here they will lie and tell you anything to get you to fill out paperwork and get attached to the car. then they will attempt to screw you at the last second. More
By far the worst car buying experience I have ever encountered in my life. Everyone was all smiles up to after I signed my contract for my new car. Now they all walk right by me and don't say hi when encountered in my life. Everyone was all smiles up to after I signed my contract for my new car. Now they all walk right by me and don't say hi when I getting service. Entire staff is rude and unhelpful. They also try to say things aren't covered under the "gas and go" warranty they talked me into buying. More
