Truck stopped working on Sunday and on Monday Gaudin where I purchased the 2021 F150 would not work on it. Called Ford Country and Jose was able to diagnose problem over phone with Vin number. Truck w where I purchased the 2021 F150 would not work on it. Called Ford Country and Jose was able to diagnose problem over phone with Vin number. Truck was ready next day. Chad Wellborn the internet sales manager was awesome throughout the whole ordering process and also while I waited for my truck to be built and delivered. He would call and update me when there was a change to the order and would always respond to my emails while I waited for over a year for my car to show up. I was really worried the day I showed up to buy my car about what kind of "dealership scams" or markup they would try to put on my car. None of this happened, as they promised me throughout the whole process. They were straight forward, friendly, helpful, honored their word for MSRP pricing, priced match the order price from a year ago, and gave me free tint and bedliner. Totally awesome. I would recommend anyone looking for a Ford in the Las Vegas area to go here. Actually, don't waste your time going anywhere else. I've tried the other ones... More
