This is the second new car that I have bought from Ford Country and Sherri Anderson. Both experiences were fantastic, way beyond what I had expected. Dan made purchasing a new car a good experience. Didn't feel beat up which was how I felt after visiting other dealers before we bought from Dan. He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He feel beat up which was how I felt after visiting other dealers before we bought from Dan. He was knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. He did several comparisons between interest rates, payments according to down-payments and difference between purchase or lease. He was respectful of our time and tried to complete the pickup/delivery quickly. Dan found the color we wanted and had it brought over so we could see it and drive it before we made our decision. It was a really hot day, so he provided us water and also bought us lunch in the cafe on the dealership property the next day when I had to take something else down that I didn't have with me at the time of delivery. Dan's customer service was outstanding. He called a couple days later to make sure I like my car and to see if I had any other questions or needed help with any of the numerous features. More

I can not tell you how happy we are with this dealership and its employees. All 3 of the individuals we dealt with were very helpful, friendly, and did a great job. They did not get mad or give me a hard time, they were great about it and we drove off with the one we wanted shortly after. It is such a good feeling to know that there are dealerships you can go to who care about you and will do their best to make you happy. Kudos to these guys! More

i went to the dealer knowing exactly what i wanted. I admit I am not easy to deal with, and figure the dealer should give a better than good deal to someone. I did leave the dealer, and came back the next day, just making sure that Friendly Ford didnt have a better deal, and sure enough they didnt. Ford Country had my car ready to go, with window tint installed when i came back. More

Louis was great, we were greeted when arrived. He was very courteous to our needs. He explained everything that needed to be done and kept us updated with the work. Scot new I wanted a crossover and gave me all the information we needed to make the best decision to purchase a brand new 2013 products and service .
