Wow! - Very impressed with Jose Torres and Robert Badenhop and look forward to sending them referrals. When I arrived at the dealership they both greeted me, had the Fusion SE ready to test drive and Badenhop and look forward to sending them referrals. Before arriving Jose mentioned we would look at the other vehicles to make sure I found the right car. I really like this approach. The entire process flowed very smoothly and it was more like hanging out with friends looking at cars. I never felt pressured. Never felt uncomfortable or awkward and wasn't flooded with all the common sales techniques and sales psychology that makes me want to run the other direction. I had put off purchasing a car for a long time. Reason being, I was upside down on my current car and didn't have a down payment and wasn't looking forward to the typical high pressure, condescending car buying experience. Jose and Rob did and amazing job and really exceeded my expectations ... I actually enjoyed spending time with them and enjoyed the entire process. They were both passionate, explained everything in detail, answered my questions, provided a very easy to follow option of payments and followed up with a couple calls after the sale. I really appreciate their honesty, friendship, conversation and feel like everyone should have the same amazing experience I did. Overall, Ford Counrty allowed me to test drive a couple of smaller sized cars at ease. Handling the transaction via email was the most smooth transaction I have ever made.
