The Sales Rep, Scott Gilmore was fantastic. From the moment I ordered my vehicle until the time I took delivery he kept me updates as tto the progress of the order. Upon taking delivery, he explained everything to me and even had the vehicle back in for another detail session. He ahs since taking delivery, followed up several times to assure I am enjoying the vehicle and to offer any assistance whatsoever. This dealership shows exemplary customer service and sales follow up. The best car buying experience I have had in the past 26 auto purchases I have made. highly recommend this Dealership to EVERYONE in the Vegas area....they are exceptional. I went with my husband to drop off my 2010 Ford Fusion for it's 25,000 servicing and we met Ray while looking at the trucks in the lot. Ray assisted us and got us where we needed to be on the monthly pay for it's 25,000 servicing and we met Ray while looking at the trucks in the lot. They got this rating because I have called or visited many times to receive my floor mats they said would be included in the purchase. Still to this day about 3 weeks later I still have no floor mats. I many times to receive my floor mats they said would be included in the purchase. Still to this day about 3 weeks later I still have no floor mats. I don't even need matching carpet, I just wanted the heavy duty rubber if they can't get me carpet. Hope to here from them soon. More

The difference between a good and a great experience was that the final contract wasn't what the sales person told me which was highly disappointing.
