In the last 12 years, I have purchased four vehicles, from Towbin Dodge. We have recently been soured by our experience with them so we decided to give Ford Country a chance to earn our business. He gave us a wonderfull experience. We never felt the typical rush to make a decision of vehicle type, or rush to agree on a price. Ryan was very knowledgeable when it came to the differences between the F250 King Ranch and the F350 Lariat Dually. He took the time to explain the differences between the packages and the capabilities of both trucks. He answered all of the questions posed by both my wife and myself. We never fealt pressured to make a decision, he took the time to answer all of our questions when we were compairing both trucks. Once we decided on the F350, Ryan took us through the process of using the X-plan, and it was smooth sailing. Upon completing the very fast finance portion, Ryan gave me another 45 minutes of his time by synching my cell phone to the truck, and going over the truck features in more detail. He gave us two follow-up calls to ask if we had any questions or concerns. I don't know if you have an employee recognition program at the dealership, but if you do, Ryan deserves to be lauded for his detailed knowledge of the F350, his professionalism and his personality. We were impressed by the features, capability and comfort of the F350, but it was Ryan that made us purchase it from Ford Country. More
