I went to buy a car not by choice but by need. I had been in a bad car accident the day before. My car was a total loss. I was in pain from my injuries and emotionally upset. Then I met with Sherri. She was in a bad car accident the day before. My car was a total loss. I was in pain from my injuries and emotionally upset. Then I met with Sherri. She was understanding and compassionate and was able to get me to relax by making the purchasing process a pleasure instead of the chore many other car sales associates make it. Once I chose the vehicle, Sherri eased me through the financing process so quickly it was completed before I knew it. Sherri was aware of how exhausted I was and did everything in her power to have the vehicle prepped so I could go home and collapse. We made arrangements for me to return for instructions on how to use all of the vehicles technology. On returning, the person who trained me was fillled with patience and knowledge... a winning combination for the more technologically challenged. I went home that day with more than a basic understanding. Additional touch ups had to be done. Sherri made arrangements for my vehicle to be picked up at work and returned before the end of my work day, with a full tank of gas. Throughout the entire experience, Sherri remained professiional but kind and caring. I would highly recommend Sherri and her associates at Ford Country to all, whether they live near the dealership or have to travel to it. More

He was also knowledgeable about the car (I bought a mustang) .... There were no issues as far as getting all the paperwork done with finance etc.... And got a good apr on my loan.... I haven't had any experience with the service department yet so I can't give any rating on that one way or the other.....but was definitely a good experience buying a car there especially compared to experiences I've had buying cars at other dealers in the past..... Was fairly quick to get the deal finalized and no issues with anything throughout the entire process. More
Was looking for a Mustang GT; Brian Grinn called me on a Saturday; advised me that he had found the GT I was looking for; worked out the deal with Ed in Finance; told me to come down a few hours later as I Saturday; advised me that he had found the GT I was looking for; worked out the deal with Ed in Finance; told me to come down a few hours later as I was tied up with my son's football game. When I got there, he had the car waiting for me. Brian answered all my questions, was very attentive; by far the BEST Sales guy I have ever dealt with, he treated me like family. Got me a discount for my tint, bought my husband a Mustang hat, gave us matching keychains for our new car. The deal was done and the car was mine before you even know it. I hate being at the dealership all day long trying to haggle and negotiate; I literally walked in and walked out with my car in 1 hour! If I have any questions, he is a phone call away! Ford Country is very professional, Best Ford Dealership in Las Vegas.. the 2015 Mustangs are coming out soon, and I will be the first one to call Brian Grinn again for my 2nd Mustang GT. Go see Brian Grinn, you won't be disappointed. By the way, I sent my friend a week later to Ford Country; she walked out of there with a brand spanking new Ford Escape. I have ordered a new Ford Mustang which has not yet been delivered. The ordering experience has been very good and Joe Flatt, our salesman, has been very helpful and polite. We drove on to the lot to look at the Ford Explorer Limited. We were greeted instantly, but not with a high pressure sales pitch, just a nice guy. We test drove the 2013 Ford Explorer Limited and learn Limited. We were greeted instantly, but not with a high pressure sales pitch, just a nice guy. We test drove the 2013 Ford Explorer Limited and learned about everything that it came with, had all of our questions answered, and not having the 2014 right on the lot, they drove us to the inventory lot and showed us what was in stock. We left Ford and went to Toyota to test drive the Hylander. Our sales experience there was awful!! We went back to Ford that night to see the Explorer one more time. The next day my husband and Scott Gilmore from Ford Country put the deal together and we went down and signed all the papers. It really was effortless, with everything ready for us to sign. Scott spent 2 hours with us showing us everything that our new car could do, gave us his cell number in case we forget how to use the 100's of features on our new SUV, which we completely LOVE!! I would recommend Ford Country and Scott Gilmore to anyone wanting a great car buying experience. Honestly, this was the easiest car buying experience we have ever had...thank you Scott! More
My car was leaking a great deal of oil. I was the first in line at the service center at 7a.m. It opened at 8 a.m. Mike from office #2 told me that I needed to pull around to the end of the line in the in line at the service center at 7a.m. It opened at 8 a.m. Mike from office #2 told me that I needed to pull around to the end of the line in the "Quick Lube" area... I explained... that I was the FIRST in line and my car was LEAKING. He said in a smug and cheesy smile, "sorry"! I went to the end of the "Quick Lube" line. There were 11 cars in front of me. I was received by a very nice lady named Kirsten Neill. She tried to make the situation better, however, I was already so frustrated with how Mike treated me. Next, I walked into the waiting room and explained my situation with the service manager on duty. He said he would check into it. I got to watch the entire waiting room filled with people and after 2 1/2 hours it was just ME left in there.... Please let Mike in office #2 know that It was NOT a QUICK LUBE problem. At 10:00 a.m. I was notified that the oil filter adaptor gasket needed replaced. I was quoted $366. At 10:30 a.m I was called to pay. My total was $448.90. I questioned why it was so much MORE than the quoted price and they said, well we gave you a free oil change. The quote and the total price were very far off. Sadly, this is the second poor experience our family has had with your dealership. The first one they charged us for a 60,000 mile tune-up and never did any of the necessary fluid changes or top offs .... We paid over $800 that time. I had to call and complain about that... Again they threw in an oil change. A manager contacted me and later sent me a credit for $200. We decided to give this dealership another try for our current situation. My husband and I are in the market for 2 new cars. We are in our 30's and have 2 young children. That is four people that have been completely affected by your poor customer service. The FORD reputation has been ruined in our household. We will never purchase another FORD product again. Please take your FREE OIL changes. Your attention should be on the customer service and honesty. More
