Terrible experience, don't buy a car here Bought a new car there and purchased the maintenance plan. Got a letter in the mail that there was a defect in the car and to bring it into the dealer with a recommendation to call the dealer first to make sure they had the parts. Called the service desk and was told that it was the parts desk I needed to talk to. Had to explain the story again to the parts desk who told me it was the service desk that I needed to talk to. Was put on hold for an hour, then finally someone answered who had no idea what I was talking about and had to explain the story again. This person had no clue, so I finally asked for a manager, to whom I had to explain the story again. He transferred me to another person who made an appointment for me to drop off the car on Monday but told me to get there before 5pm so they could get me a rental car because it would take too long to fix the car. On Monday, I showed up before 5 pm and nobody had any clue why I was there. I had to explain the story about the recalled defective car part, and they took another hour to figure out what to do. Finally, they called for Enterprise rental car to pick me up and I had to go all the way over to another car dealer to get a rental car, which they required a deposit from me from my credit card. Also, while I was standing there waiting in the rental car line for twenty more minutes, I met a woman who had also just purchased a brand new car with the maintenance plan from the same Ford Country and also was told that there was a defective part that had to be recalled and she also was going through the same problem of having to get a rental car, which the rental car company was having a problem giving her because they didn't want to give her a car worth anymore than the car Ford had sold her. She was also pissed. So, Ford messed up on manufacturing my car, messed up on service even when I called ahead of time, and didn't have the courtesy of providing me with a rental car hassle free. I do not recommend anyone to buy a car from Ford Country in Henderson, NV, and certainly don't waste your money on the maintenance plan. More

I arrived at 7am. Second visit for a recall of drivers shaft. While there, I asked to have the heater looked at as it was not working since our last visit there, which could be a coincidence. 3 and 1/2 shaft. While there, I asked to have the heater looked at as it was not working since our last visit there, which could be a coincidence. 3 and 1/2 hours later, they quoted me a price of $1,400.00 and 71/2 hours to fix it. Some how they messed up the radio, which I have still not been able to correct. There were 2 sharp objects left on the passenger seat, which my wife sat on and there was grease on both the drivers seat and passenger seat. No, I will never go back again. More

First of all if I could give them zero stars I would. I highly encourage all Ford consumers to switch to a different brand of vehicle. Ford does not follow the laws put in place to protect consumers. I h highly encourage all Ford consumers to switch to a different brand of vehicle. Ford does not follow the laws put in place to protect consumers. I have filed multiple complaints with the Federal Trade Commision, the State Senators Office has heard from me, the BBB has received a complaint, Ford itself refuses to follow the law, and Ford Country has no idea what to do with my car. I have a 2014 Mustang with less than 9000 miles on it and it has been in the shop, by my work orders, 11 times. The service advisor is dumbfounded and told me he believes it could be a bent arm or rod from the factory that is making metal to metal contact causing a high pitch squeel. With nothing else to do in effort to fix the vehicle Ford sent a "Field Service Technician" to replace the wheel assembly which didn't work after the brake pads, rotors, and hydraulics were replaced as well. Not to mention the calipers were reversed to attempt to solve the issue to no resolution as well. Wouldn't you think if Ford couldn't fix the problem they would replace the vehicle or buy it back according to the law? Nope. The big corporation wins again. I guess the big guns are gonna have to come out now. I am contacting the Attorney Generals office, a lawyer, Fox 5 news, ABC 13 News, every single military veteran service possible, and every social media outlet until Ford and Ford Country do what is right. Mark my words...I will not rest until this problem is solved. More

I purchased a new 2014 Ford Escape SE with 1.6 engine last Friday Feb 14. The salesman Joe Romero was extremely helpful and courteous and I got a terrific deal. Ms Kelly Henderson the Finance Manager w last Friday Feb 14. The salesman Joe Romero was extremely helpful and courteous and I got a terrific deal. Ms Kelly Henderson the Finance Manager was also very helpful and took the time to explain all my finance and service plan options. Both of them are a credit to Ford Country. I have had my new Escape only a few days but so far I love it. The quality is obvious. Ford has a real winner and on a personal note I showed it to a friend who just purchased a new Lexus and he was very impressed. More
My wife and I bought a travel trailer and needed to get a tow vehicle. We went to CarMax first and figured to buy there, but the selection on the lot was limited, the warranty offered was third-party, and the price was not great. So we stopped at Ford Country, and met Raul Valles. You never know what to expect when you meet a used car salesman, and - short story - we got lucky. Raul had maybe three dozen used trucks on the lot which might do the job. It was a bit of a surprise to me that he could walk up to each one, tell us the mileage, the features, the pros and cons of that vehicle. We narrowed it down to three to look hard at, and ended up getting a real nice 2011 F-150 with towing package. I do wish we'd paid a bit less, but that's something I always wish! Bottom line, we got a good deal on a great truck. Raul was knowledgable, pleasant (even funny) and focused on what we were after. He helped get us thru the finance process, and arranged some service we needed (install a trailer brake controller). He got all the communications options set up - he was patent, and that is a good thing for a non-nerd like myself. In short, the dealership was excellent, the truck is excellent, and Raul was excellent. An experience that is often NOT looked forward to was actually something very good, and we credit Raul. More
