Bought 2 vehicles in 2 days My wife's 2008 Dodge Caravan had finally seen it's better days and "what the xxxx" I had traded in my 2001 F150 crewcab for a Dodge Ram 1500 crewcab 4 My wife's 2008 Dodge Caravan had finally seen it's better days and "what the xxxx" I had traded in my 2001 F150 crewcab for a Dodge Ram 1500 crewcab 4 yrs earlier and truth be told, I really missed my Ford so we decided to trade in both. The Salesman who greeted us was a new trainee, forgive me for not remembering his name, but had not received any business cards yet so I never got one. He was very professional yet also the "down to earth" type so during the process we got along just fine! We were also helped by Chad Wellborn whom was helpful in every step along the way. We dealt with my wife first. Dodge Caravan trade for a Brand new, hardly been used 2014 dark blue Mustang, 2015s were still on assembly line so 2014 it was going to be. Needless to say, they treated her well and she had the car she wanted. 6-8 hrs and a long day later she drove it home, I let it be known I would be back to wheel and deal for myself the next morning. Day 2, I got there early, they knew the truck I wanted already so as soon as I walked through the door they were off and running!! Paperwork, a little haggling back and forth on price and 4 hrs later I was headed home with my 2013 Ford F150 Lariat Crewcab "Fully Loaded",and yes it was new, and happy to be driving a Ford again !!!!! Seriously, the process couldn't have been easier, the salesmen more friendly, the entire staff were awesome !!!! Nothing and nobody is ever perfect but I have bought alot of cars in my day and this was, by far, the easiest car buying adventure I have ever had. More

The dealer I was working with was named Don Kot. He is kind, funny and worked so hard for us so that I could get a car that night. After hours of working with us we finally got a deal that was amazing for a first time buyer working 2 part time jobs. Come to my surprise I was able to trade in my old rust bucket of a car and drive out with a new 2015 Ford Fiesta, I was ecstatic. Thank you Don Kot and Ford country for your amazing help. More
