First of all if I could give them zero stars I would. I highly encourage all Ford consumers to switch to a different brand of vehicle. Ford does not follow the laws put in place to protect consumers. I have filed multiple complaints with the Federal Trade Commision, the State Senators Office has heard from me, the BBB has received a complaint, Ford itself refuses to follow the law, and Ford Country has no idea what to do with my car. I have a 2014 Mustang with less than 9000 miles on it and it has been in the shop, by my work orders, 11 times. The service advisor is dumbfounded and told me he believes it could be a bent arm or rod from the factory that is making metal to metal contact causing a high pitch squeel. With nothing else to do in effort to fix the vehicle Ford sent a "Field Service Technician" to replace the wheel assembly which didn't work after the brake pads, rotors, and hydraulics were replaced as well. Not to mention the calipers were reversed to attempt to solve the issue to no resolution as well. Wouldn't you think if Ford couldn't fix the problem they would replace the vehicle or buy it back according to the law? Nope. The big corporation wins again. I guess the big guns are gonna have to come out now. I am contacting the Attorney Generals office, a lawyer, Fox 5 news, ABC 13 News, every single military veteran service possible, and every social media outlet until Ford and Ford Country do what is right. Mark my words...I will not rest until this problem is solved. More

I purchased a new 2014 Ford Escape SE with 1.6 engine last Friday Feb 14. The salesman Joe Romero was extremely helpful and courteous and I got a terrific deal. I have had my new Escape only a few days but so far I love it. The quality is obvious. My wife and I bought a travel trailer and needed to get a tow vehicle. We went to CarMax first and figured to buy there, but the selection on the lot was limited, the warranty offered was third-party, and t tow vehicle. So we stopped at Ford Country, and met Raul Valles. You never know what to expect when you meet a used car salesman, and - short story - we got lucky. Raul had maybe three dozen used trucks on the lot which might do the job. It was a bit of a surprise to me that he could walk up to each one, tell us the mileage, the features, the pros and cons of that vehicle. We narrowed it down to three to look hard at, and ended up getting a real nice 2011 F-150 with towing package. I do wish we'd paid a bit less, but that's something I always wish! Bottom line, we got a good deal on a great truck. Raul was knowledgable, pleasant (even funny) and focused on what we were after. He helped get us thru the finance process, and arranged some service we needed (install a trailer brake controller). He got all the communications options set up - he was patent, and that is a good thing for a non-nerd like myself. In short, the dealership was excellent, the truck is excellent, and Raul was excellent. An experience that is often NOT looked forward to was actually something very good, and we credit Raul. More

I went to buy a car not by choice but by need. I had been in a bad car accident the day before. My car was a total loss. I was in pain from my injuries and emotionally upset. Then I met with Sherri. She was in a bad car accident the day before. My car was a total loss. I was in pain from my injuries and emotionally upset. Then I met with Sherri. She was understanding and compassionate and was able to get me to relax by making the purchasing process a pleasure instead of the chore many other car sales associates make it. Once I chose the vehicle, Sherri eased me through the financing process so quickly it was completed before I knew it. Sherri was aware of how exhausted I was and did everything in her power to have the vehicle prepped so I could go home and collapse. We made arrangements for me to return for instructions on how to use all of the vehicles technology. On returning, the person who trained me was fillled with patience and knowledge... a winning combination for the more technologically challenged. I went home that day with more than a basic understanding. Additional touch ups had to be done. Sherri made arrangements for my vehicle to be picked up at work and returned before the end of my work day, with a full tank of gas. Throughout the entire experience, Sherri remained professiional but kind and caring. I would highly recommend Sherri and her associates at Ford Country to all, whether they live near the dealership or have to travel to it. More

Was looking for a Mustang GT; Brian Grinn called me on a Saturday; advised me that he had found the GT I was looking for; worked out the deal with Ed in Finance; told me to come down a few hours later as I Saturday; advised me that he had found the GT I was looking for; worked out the deal with Ed in Finance; told me to come down a few hours later as I was tied up with my son's football game. When I got there, he had the car waiting for me. Brian answered all my questions, was very attentive; by far the BEST Sales guy I have ever dealt with, he treated me like family. Got me a discount for my tint, bought my husband a Mustang hat, gave us matching keychains for our new car. The deal was done and the car was mine before you even know it. I hate being at the dealership all day long trying to haggle and negotiate; I literally walked in and walked out with my car in 1 hour! If I have any questions, he is a phone call away! Ford Country is very professional, Best Ford Dealership in Las Vegas.. the 2015 Mustangs are coming out soon, and I will be the first one to call Brian Grinn again for my 2nd Mustang GT. Go see Brian Grinn, you won't be disappointed. By the way, I sent my friend a week later to Ford Country; she walked out of there with a brand spanking new Ford Escape. He was also knowledgeable about the car (I bought a mustang) .... There were no issues as far as getting all the paperwork done with finance etc.... And got a good apr on my loan.... I haven't had any experience with the service department yet so I can't give any rating on that one way or the other.....but was definitely a good experience buying a car there especially compared to experiences I've had buying cars at other dealers in the past..... Was fairly quick to get the deal finalized and no issues with anything throughout the entire process. More
