Not very happy after buying 5 trucks from ford country I was very happy I bought my last truck 4 months ago. I went back to but another truck after two trips to for after buying 5 trucks from ford country I was very happy I bought my last truck 4 months ago. I went back to but another truck after two trips to ford we came up with a payment that was close.my wife neede to come in and sign paper work later that night after we had dinner, during that time I got buyers remorse and called my salesman and too him I had changed my mind. In about 5 minutes I got a call fro Chris M. Asking what had happen I lold him not happy with payment and that i had changed my mind, he then said come in tomorrow and I will get you the payment you want. So I came in the next day with my daughter went to the counter and told the salesman and Chris lets see what we can do, he then said that he would not do anything unless my wife was in the store and I had a check in my hand.he was very rude and unprofessional to me and my 21 year of daughter. Then my son and I were looking for a car for him a sale person came up and ask if we needed help, I told him I was nt happy with ford. Jose the said let me see what I can do for you, he tool info on what I wanted and said I will call you right back. This was on Saturday no call in Monday I called him back he said to come in and see what Chris could do, when I was leaving the parking lot Kevin V gave me his card and said call me I'll help you out. I called him on Monday after calling Jose back he said let me check on the rebates and I will call you back, it's now 9:30 no call, Eirher way I'm still a customer and I did want to buy a truck but apparently no one in interested . Exceeded Expectations I was without a car for over a year. Dan Jones, the Sales Rep was kind enough to actually pick us up at home. When we arrived at the Dealership, Dan J I was without a car for over a year. Dan Jones, the Sales Rep was kind enough to actually pick us up at home. The outstanding service was above and beyond from beginning to end. Usually when you have bad credit you feel embarrassed and its seems like your not a priority to the sales rep, but my experience was as if I had a 800 credit score, not only did I get to hang my head up high I also got a car that I can feel proud of.
