I have to say, Kevin Clyde is a 'one in a million' sales/leasing consultant. I went down the path of the 'pre-order' when obtaining a new vehicle [truck] almost required the down payment/order proces sales/leasing consultant. I went down the path of the 'pre-order' when obtaining a new vehicle [truck] almost required the down payment/order process. Kevin was there the whole way assisting with initial configuration decisions, order placement and then gave me bi-weekly status updates for the entire 8 month process. He makes himself available for calls/messages, is quick to respond and NEVER gives off that 'sales' vibe that can be so off-putting. Why, I think it is because Kevin Clyde genuinely cares about his clients. He has won me over and will be my only consultant for as long as he decides to work there. Side thought...Ford Country ought to seriously consider having Kevin mentor any new staff so he can show them how to 'do it right'. [My $.02] Thank you for everything Kevin! More

Using my Ford points to (save me) $250.00 on a 93k bill is absurd, and was not communicated to me until I called to inquire as to why they had been converted to a maintenance plan. I reside out if state, though everyone I spoke with stated they sell to out of state all the time, that was the excuse given for the lack of communication about the points ( it’s the principle not the value). More
