I highly regard this particular Toyota service center. I drive 45 minutes to to get my Rav 4 serviced here. I particularly appreciated working with Laura Torres, service advisor. I was totally frustrated with the service I got from the service center. I contacted the service department and made a appointment with them and told them that I needed to have my car serviced for a first t service center. I contacted the service department and made a appointment with them and told them that I needed to have my car serviced for a first time at their facility and they never told me that their service center was not at the retail store but was approximately two miles down the road. Also they told me they would provide me a ride to my house. Then when I got to the service center the representative told me that they would only provide me with a tide for ten miles and I live 15 miles away. Luckily my wife was able to pick me up at a retail store so she didn’t have to drive all the way to the service center. So now fast forward to picking up my car and the rep wasn’t there and another representative took care of me and told me that they would have my car back in just a minute not the thirty minutes that they had to wait. I use to play baseball and In my book three strikes and your out. So there fore I will not be back More
My appointment was set for 12:00. No one came and spoke with me about my car until 12:20. My service was not completed until 2:30. My suggestion is to not make so many appointments! More
