Easy to work with. No pushy salespeople and the finance department was very efficient to work with. Transparent, honest, and zero games—ask for Jake! I had a phenomenal experience buying my 2026 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium Hybrid from Jake Onorato at Auburn Toyota. Because I needed to handle the negotiation remotely, clear communication and honesty were my top priorities. Jake delivered on both. He was completely transparent with the numbers, went out of his way to execute a dealer trade to get the exact 'Underground' paint and specs I wanted, and made sure the TRD wheels and skid plate were handled perfectly. Best of all, there were absolutely no pricing games or hidden fees when it came time to sign the paperwork. The out-the-door price we agreed upon over email was exactly what I paid. If you want a straightforward, professional car-buying experience, highly recommend asking for Jake. Also, I did extensive research using AI tools and asked for the best salesman to work with given I had very specific goals in mind. I used Gemini Pro and it urged me to work directly with Jake. It is easy to make an appointment and get my vehicle serviced within a very reasonable timeframe as opposed to other dealers that require three or more weeks in advance. All the staff are outstanding and the service adviser was informative and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. Can't remember a more functional and convenient auto service center. This guy knows Customer Service and is an outstanding Ambassador for Maita Toyota. Did I mention Bryce is very dedicated to making sure his Customers get the best service. I especially appreciate his honesty. My original appointment included a transmission service (100,000 plus mile vehicle) when I was booking it in advance through the call center. Two day later, Bryce emailed me to advise that he had reviewed all the records on that particular vehicle and a complete transmission service was already performed almost 2 years ago. He could have easily charged me for a transmission service that I did not need; what a genuinely honest person". Have a great day!!
