Have always been great to me. From buying my cars to the service. The service department has never been one to push services that are not needed. I had a camry that the suspension felt it wasn't as solid as it originally was and I asked if they could inspect the struts and how much would it cost to replace them. They got back to me and told me the struts are in good condition and not needed for replacement. They told me since the car had 60k miles on it that all suspension parts are not brand new so it won't feel as tight as it originally did. It still felt smooth but in the end it was a good feeling knowing that they wouldn't take advantage of me by recommending parts that weren't needed yet. Definitely appreciate everything they do for me. More

Service here is nothing special. Service advisor more concerned about how much commission to make than serving the customer and having them in and out at soon as possible. Took my 2023 Toyota for its first service which is prepaid through the ToyotaCare program. Like all minor maintenance, there is a lack of customer service. My vehicle was completed an hour before the promise time. Watched it roll in and out of the service shop. After the hour had passed, decided to go talk the my adviser Gilbert. He was on a call with a customer taking about service upgrades. Can’t say I won’t go back there since this is the common theme at any dealership regardless of the brand. More
