I got there along with 4 other cars and was expecting there’s gonna be a long wait. But they sort the line super fast and Jim, my service manager, take me on, greeted me very promptly and lead me to the there’s gonna be a long wait. It took him 5-10mins and follow up to ordered a lyft to take me home(since I didn’t want to wait) . The entire process is so smooth and efficient! More
