I arrived at 10:40 and pulled into the car port to wait for a service representative where i was told to wait in my car. I waited until 11:15 and decided to call the service desk to see what was taking so long. I lady on the phone said they are busy and I was to wait in my truck in the 100 degree weather for someone. I waited 45 in my truck for a representative. They shook off the situation like it was no big deal and they were busy. Why is there an appointment time if you still have to cone wait for 45 to even get checked in. My oil change took over 1.5 hours. The customer service was poor, and they had no care in the world that people had to wait for 45 to get checked in. I usually got to Thompson Toyota in Placerville, but had things to do in Folsom so cane to this location. I will never ever go back due to the disregard for the customer. More

This is for the service department. I’d give them negative stars if possible. I took my truck in for an oil change and they didn’t even hand tighten the bolt. I have video documenting from the other Toyota dealership I had to take it too due to it leaking oil. they also over filled my oil which can lead to damage as well. Not only that, they don’t like to return calls, like none of them even the director Rich Russo. And let me tell you, the girl answering the phone said he was at his desk, I went to vm, she said he was staying right in front of her I went to vm. This was the cycle until I called back and got a competent receptionist and at that point my last button was hit. After 7 calls and me cursing and stating I was going to report them he called me back 20+ minutes later. Several times in fact in which he tried to cover his arse. I was offered a “free tank of gas” and a “detailing” like I would ever bring my truck back. How about a refund for an incompetent oil change. I had to take time out of my day and job to go to another dealership and have them fix the mistake and pull teeth to get them to call me back. Do not take your vehicle here. It’s is not worth it at all. You will regret it at some point just as I do now. Toyota would be wise to shut it down. I filed a claim with Toyota and waiting for the customer service to call me, yet to receive a call. Horrible experience More
