I took my boyfriend’s car in for their 20k oil change and tire rotation and I spent all day here. I had an appointment at 11 am, I showed up at 10:40 and it was busy; I was checked in at 11 and was told that tire rotation and I spent all day here. I had an appointment at 11 am, I showed up at 10:40 and it was busy; I was checked in at 11 and was told that there is a 2 and half hour wait for them to even look at the car. I was planning on staying at the dealership since I was expecting a short trip but didn’t expect at least 2 1/2 hours. They offered a possible lift within 10 miles but I leave out side of the radius so I stayed. I waited the 2 1/2 hours and then asked if they had started the car and was told that they were about to so I was only expecting one more hour of being there. I received a text at 2.30 asking if I wanted a new air cabin filter which I declined. I didn’t receive my car till 6:30 at which the service center was closed and I was asked what car I was waiting for More
