Didn’t feel great about my experience buying a truck for the first time from Folsom Lake Ford. Front right bumper was smashed in and dealer license plate was bent was told that it would be repaired and some the first time from Folsom Lake Ford. I also need to know who was carrying my loan so that I can report that to my insurance company and I did not get that information either. I thought things had changed with the back and forth back and forth during the negotiation. But it did not. More

I didn’t have anything major for my 65K mile service but everyone jumped in like a factory conveyor belt. And even my Service Adviser who wasn’t supposedly available till 4pm availed himself. I got to enjoy their free coffee and WiFi while I was doing some Auto Insurance work while waiting. I stepped out for awhile and my adviser came looking for me because my Van’s service had been done already. There’s service and there’s service and more, and that’s Toyota Folsom More
Review is for the advisors at the service department at the Folsom Lake Toyota location. I had a maintenance appointment today (08/26/24). When I made the appointment I had listed that I would be waiting the Folsom Lake Toyota location. I had a maintenance appointment today (08/26/24). When I made the appointment I had listed that I would be waiting for my vehicle. I also told the advisor I would be waiting for my vehicle in the service department. My advisors forgot he was my advisors and never notified me my vehicle service was completed. Thankfully the janitor asked him as I was the only customer left that her realized he forgot. My vehicle was completed 5:19pm. I was still waiting at the service center at 630pm. Thank you to the janitor who provided better customer service than my advisor. I have had 4 maintenance appointments sofar at this location. Experienced working with 3 advisors. 2 of the 3 have been aweful. Paul is the only advisor I had a positive experience with. Unfortunately Paul was not available during this appointment time. Paul is amazing. With the exception of Paul..this has to be the worst experience I have had with any service advisors. I have had cars serviced at a variety of places in the area and never had any issues. Aweful !! I would rather drive to Maita Toyota in Sacramento or Thompson Toyota in Placerville than come back to Folsom Lake Toyota. More
