For the third time I presented a service coupon that was emailed to me by Folsom Toyota and the service advisor was reluctant to accept it. If Folsom Toyota has an issue with its service coupon, why it all emailed to me by Folsom Toyota and the service advisor was reluctant to accept it. If Folsom Toyota has an issue with its service coupon, why it allows to be emailed to the customer. This is false advertising to defraud customers. More

The salesman, Sean, was great. He was knowledgeable and worked with me to get my car. However I had a terrible financing experiences. The finance manager, Robby, seemed more intere He was knowledgeable and worked with me to get my car. However I had a terrible financing experiences. The finance manager, Robby, seemed more interested in pushing unnecessary add ons. Despite refusing the add ons, and endorsing understanding the risk, he continued to push it. It was extremely frustrating. I purposely chose the Crown for quality given it was built and assembled in Japan otherwise I would have just gotten a Lexus ES. I would not recommend dealing with the finance team. Get your financing done outside Toyota. More
