The service center has an easy online appointment system and it doesn’t take too long to get in. They are upfront with their costs and I haven’t experienced them trying to add on repairs and services- in fa and it doesn’t take too long to get in. We have had nothing but good experiences with the service department at Folsom Lake Toyota. Our service advisor has been Brandon Fisher twice now and I just can’t say enough positive things about him. He’s p department at Folsom Lake Toyota. He’s patient listening to what is wrong with your vehicle, he takes the time to explain things, and he’s very thorough. He’s so knowledgeable and i feel like he really cares about his customers. My service advisor wasn’t communicative at all. I left her a voicemail & a text message to get th status of my vehicle . She never replied, so I went to the service center to follow up (in person). I left her a voicemail & a text message to get th status of my vehicle . She never replied, so I went to the service center to follow up (in person). She wasn’t at her desk, but her coworker sitting next to her was there & he said he would help me. He located my paperwork , saw my vehicle was ready to be picked up but couldn’t locate my vehicle keys. Long story short , Laura Torres, is not a very good service advisor. More
Scheduling routine warranty service was easy and prompt. Upon arrival, service personnel were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Facility was clean and comfortable while waiting for completion of service. Upon arrival, service personnel were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. My one issue was the fact that when I called to schedule, I’d been told it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours, I was actually there for a little more than 3 hours. More
