He found one when We took it for a test drive and he worked with all my concerns. I was put at ease and treated respectfully!! Each and every person I encountered was so pleasant and kind. I bought my Toyota Corolla Cross and it was better (for me) than the one I initially went to look at. THEY ARE NOT PUSHY OR RUDE!!! They listen and answer honestly!!!!! I was in and out of there in no time. The longest time was me with all my concerns. Lain is so amazing to work with!!! I had to go back for help with understanding some set ups and lights. Lain was not available and instead of waiting I was greeted kindly and was explained everything above and beyond. Never treated like it was a dumb question.
