BRAND NEW VEHICLE had a check engine light on WHEN I PURCHASED IT and service dept only cleared the code, rendered NO SERVICES. Light came on again before i drove my new car home and service dept admitted they did NOT attempt repairs, but only cleared code. I had to demand repairs. Honestly this dealership and service department in Folsom is consistently the WORST experience and i regret paying for toyota care and being locked in at this horrible place. More

I was very impressed with Hugh, the Service Advisor who handled the diagnosis of some battery issues with my wife’s Prius. I really appreciate the fact that Hugh did not push me to buy a trickle charger or replace the battery unnecessarily.
