Problems with finance and the attitude we received when we didn’t want a warranty. Did not get my contact until 2 weeks later. Only the release of liability was given to me at the time of signing the con we didn’t want a warranty. Did not get my contact until 2 weeks later. Dealership took over a month to pay off my trade in which caused my other finance company to take money out of my account because I was still responsible for the payment even though I didn’t have the car. I have yet to receive my money back from the dealership that my credit union took out of my account. They apologized for the delay and said they would reimburse me for what was paid to cover the difference in the pay offs but nothing has been refunded and It’s been over 2 months. The service department is worse. I purchased a new car and the struts are bad (weird-new car and it sounds like a clunking noise from the driver side) which need to be replaced. Service says they can’t get me in for 2 months they are all booked up. Wait what!!! Brand new car and I am having problems already and you can’t do anything for 2 months. That won’t work. They got the car in to fix the many issues: clunky noise from the struts when going over bumps, sounds of wind when the windows are rolled up, sunroof plastic sounds like it’s loose, auto stop not working (full tank of gas, no ac or heater on, windows rolled up no extra battery usage). Service advisor says it will take a week for the parts to come in and will call me. I waited two weeks and no call. I called and the advisor says oh yeah the parts are in. If I could find another place to go to I will. The only thing that was great service was the shuttle driver. Loved him. More

We have been going to folsom lake ford ever since my wife and I purchased our 2017 F150. We live close by but even if we didn't I would return to their service department. We have been taking our ford's that were in fact purchased from other ford dealerships back to FLF service because of Brigitte Karen. We take it there because my wife and I fully trust her. If she says it will be fixed We have absolute faith that it will be. But I will say this truthfully. If Brigitte ever left we will too. She has earned our loyalty and we wouldn't be happy otherwise.
