Needless to say, I didn't bring up either topic. I've seldom been less comfortable in a shuttle and couldn't wait for the free ride to be over. I'll pay for an Uber next time! More

Even though I was early to appt, Service agents came out several times to assure me I was in line for scheduled "Works" and a recall item. Dave came by soon after to take info and keys.
