My experience has been less than satisfactory. It’s difficult to get answers, poor communication, bad service, and my vehicle is worse than when I left it with the dealership for “repair”. They are condescending and use their supposed expertise to tell you what you are experiencing in the car you drive every day isn’t accurate, and how your vehicle was fine when they drove it. I’m not a mechanic, but when the check engine light keeps coming on, the vehicle randomly looses power, the service wrench appears, and your vehicle won’t go over 2500 RPM or 45mph it is not “repaired” or functional. Don’t bother going into the service department to get answers the employees will look at you, avoid you, and act like you don’t exist until you approach/corner and engage them. I would never choose to service my vehicle here. It was a necessity due to warranty repairs. More

These people have no respect for another persons property. Mechanic decided to take my car for a drive to test for squeaky brakes that i had mentioned. He ended up flooring it to who knows what spee property. Mechanic decided to take my car for a drive to test for squeaky brakes that i had mentioned. He ended up flooring it to who knows what speed, whooping and hollering as he went, twice. Then the hood would not open. I went in today to complain and spoke with the Service Manager who's response was " come in on Monday and speak to the Service Director". Even after I told him I have video of the incident, he showed no interest in finding out more. More

I have been taking my trucks to Folsom Lake Ford for 20 years and have had nothing but good experiences there. Professional and happy people to deal with and my Service underwriter Luis Legarda is a rock s years and have had nothing but good experiences there. Professional and happy people to deal with and my Service underwriter Luis Legarda is a rock star! He always finds a way to make it happen for me to get my vehicles in and out fixed in a timely manner. Best experience I've had when it comes to personal service and can-do attitude. Keep it up Luis!
