Very friendly staff. Work was done quickly. Why do have to write more. I said what was needed I almost stopped this survey. Work was done quickly. Why do have to write more. I said what was needed I almost stopped this survey. More

As always this dealership has been very help and always cheerful! James at the Quick Lane desk was wonderful and even took special care to make sure my car was dry, so no hard water spots appeared! cheerful! The truck was in for it's second recall and an oil change. It's barely 1 year and 3 months old and has less than 2500 miles. The service rep quoted me $100+ for the oil change. I went back to him and change. It's barely 1 year and 3 months old and has less than 2500 miles. The service rep quoted me $100+ for the oil change. I went back to him and told him that the first oil change was supposed to be free. He agreed and reversed the charges. More
Very personable and knowledgeable staff. Had my service done quickly and a free car wash t’boot! I appreciate the free shuttle service so I didn’t have to sit and wait there. My vehicle has been in and out of the service center multiple times trying to diagnose/fix a noise coming from the rear. Along with trying to fix a noise coming from the steering wheel. For the noise in multiple times trying to diagnose/fix a noise coming from the rear. Along with trying to fix a noise coming from the steering wheel. For the noise in the rear, I have been told it was the shocks (which were replaced), the rear brake actuators (both replaced), to now being told it is the brakes on the rotors and it is a "normal condition". Same goes for the steering wheel, the clock spring has been replaced twice but still makes noise and again I am told it is a "normal condition". I am being told both issues are normal as even the new vehicles on the lot make the same noises. Unfortunately, if these noises were "normal" they would've made them from day 1 and they did not. It is beyond frustrating to have a $60K car only to have the can kicked down the road because the issues cannot be properly diagnosed/fixed. Please note that David Laughlin was my service advisor and he has been absolutely wonderful to work with. More
