When I left the lumbar support switch on my seat was broken. It wasn’t broken when I turned the car in. Also, when the car was returned to me the dash was still not put in place. I had to remind them th broken. It wasn’t broken when I turned the car in. Also, when the car was returned to me the dash was still not put in place. I had to remind them that the car wasn’t complete. They did fix the dash, but the seat is still broken. I was surprised the car was released to the customer in that condition. It should have been obvious it wasn’t ready. I don’t think I will bring my vehicle in again. More

Well you front desk male sucks at the oil change area. Even though coming in for years and having no one in the bay for oil change at 3pm he said he couldn’t see me.
