I was supposed to come back to get a part fixed - part needed to be ordered and they said it would be about a week. No one ever called me back; I've called twice to try to see what's up but no one retur needed to be ordered and they said it would be about a week. No one ever called me back; I've called twice to try to see what's up but no one returns my calls, and I am tired of trying to follow up. Then I got an email that service was complete even though they told me a part was needed to be ordered. And the day I came to pick up the car, someone was super rude to me and gave me one word answers to questions. Pretty disappointed; my family has had 4 cars in a row with Folsom Ford and this is probably the last one. I don't know who I worked with so I can't answer the star questions below and giving them 4s because I don't want anyone to get in trouble More

Amazing. I brought my truck in on a Saturday because my screen showed a message about my battery,no appointment.
