Also a good experience. As a matter of fact Bill who did the financing for us on this purchase was involved in our last purchase as well. There is something to be said about a company that can retain their employees and customers for 10 years plus. Folsom Buick GMC is doing something right. More

They picked up my trade-in and gave me a premium price for it. Marty gave a 120% to make sure I was able to purchase my dream truck. THANK YOU! I had been truck shopping for 2 months when I discovered my 2018 2500 GMC Sierra Denali on Folsom Buick GMC's website. They made it incredibly easy to purchase my truck online and for a price that was far and away better than any other truck that had been offered to me, including older Chevys or Dodges with lots of mileage! More
Service was fine but online reservations are worthless Had my first (free) service on a new GMC, so I thought I'd give this dealer a shot...I've always gone to Roseville in the past. So I used the online reservation system where I stated that I was fully flexible on when I got the service done, just that I wanted to make it as quick as possible, as I'd wait and my time is valuable. So I could come in when its best for them. I got an email confirmation, but not from an adviser as far as I could tell But when I showed up, the service adviser I got had no record of the reservation, and couldn't find it. He was new, was inadequately trained on their computer system, and didn't ask for help, even though the advisers are all crammed into a little, noisy space, (which IMO reflects poorly on how they treat their people). On the positive side, the adviser did ensure I got out in what I considered a reasonable time, and as far as I can tell the work was done properly. So my take-aways are that the service manager doesn't train the advisers adequately, doesn't give them a supportive environment, and gives them a crappy physical work environment. To me these are indicators of the professionalism of the overall service department. I won't be going back. More

They have had my vehicle for over a month, ive went to pick it up twice all but to turn around and take it back for the same issue. Because I pay into insurance that allows me to have jobs done at a flat rate price, this place takes it upon themselves to inflate prices and add unnecessary jobs to get the highest payout from the insurance company. This has happened one too many times and now my insurance company has an open investigation into Folsom Buick GMC...BEWARE!!! More

Every time we call them, we get the run around and no one will call us back. Also, there was a chip in the door that occurred on their showroom floor before we purchased the car. They said they'd fix it. Well.... it looks like a third grader used putty and a sharpie. It's horrible!!!!!We've filed a formal complaint to GMC Corporate. Fingers crossed we get a better response from them. More

I called the guys in service, got a day and time, and they set me up for a courtesy rental for the day which was greatly appreciated. I brought it in early and they had it out the door before lunch. As usual, the guys at Folsom Buick GMC Service department make the entire experience; simple, efficient and they do great work as well. Heck, it was even a couple dollars under the estimate which is always appreciated. I would highly recommend their service team for your car. Joe Manos More
