I took my VW in for service and when I checked in I approved all service and they provided me with a quote that included all fees and taxes. When the service was complete and it was time to pay, that approved all service and they provided me with a quote that included all fees and taxes. When the service was complete and it was time to pay, that price had risen by $35 dollars. I prefer using the dealer if the price between the Euro specialty shop and the dealer are close, but this experience is going to force me back to the independent Euro shop in the area. It's a shame this dealership is willing to lose a customer over $35. I'm not saying that you shouldn't use this dealership, but just want everyone to be warned that this could happen to you. More

Bad and unacceptable experience with sales manager and sales person Christopher Shaw. If we ever decide to buy any future vehicles from Flow Motors Will not be buying a vehicle from Christopher Shaw sales person Christopher Shaw. If we ever decide to buy any future vehicles from Flow Motors Will not be buying a vehicle from Christopher Shaw again for sure. We citizens have had much trouble with covid 19 and many issues. Having bad credit is nothing to be ashamed of or to be made to feel as a embarrassment. You certainly do not have the skills or abilities at all with this issue! Failed miserably! I have taken my vehicle in 4 times for a check engine light. 1st time for them to diagnose the issue. 2nd time for them to fix the issue, $1100 later I am driving home and my check engine light came back light. 1st time for them to diagnose the issue. 2nd time for them to fix the issue, $1100 later I am driving home and my check engine light came back on (39 miles). I called back, again I go back for them to diagnose the issue "just a small censor that needs to be changed" BUT it has to be ordered and "at no charge". Another trip up, all fixed...until I drove approximately 85 miles. Cue check engine light. My husband asked to see my paperwork and started doing research, my code was P0171 Lean Bank 1. For just under $1100...they changed my THERMOSTAT!! The parts and disposal around $150- I had approximately $935 in LABOR for a THERMOSTAT that did not fix the issue....... $935 for LABOR what are the rates???? I was there approximately 4 hours~ oh, but 3 of those hours "they forgot I was there" when I went to the desk and said "Excuse me can you tell me what is going on with my car? I have been here for 3 hours and nobody has told me anything," I was told they thought I had left, my response was "really, an associate took to a seat so I could use my laptop". My car was ready shortly after I said something. But back to the check engine light, in nothing we have read or watched is there any mention about a thermostat being involved in this code. My husband has called the Service Managed a few times and left message 2x with NO RESPONSE. So, now I am out the money, the gas for trips back and forth (I don't live in town), my time and I have still have a check engine light on BUT no response from the Service Manager. GREAT SERVICE FLOW, I will be sure to recommend you guys-not!! More
I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle on 12/6/18. I questioned if the car was certified.There were a list of events that happened in less than a year to the car. Ants coming out the gear shift,AFS ligh questioned if the car was certified.There were a list of events that happened in less than a year to the car. Ants coming out the gear shift,AFS light coming on, took it in 4 times because the car kept over heating and nothing was done other then them topping the fluid off, next month i had to have break shoes put on the back of the car. I told them about the the ants coming out od my gear shift and they thought that I was crazy and one General Manager told me that they came from my car sitting in the drive way, but I had jut bought this car. In 11/2019 all of the lights came on in the car and it said not to drive because of the oil pressure. I wasn't able to get intouch with anyone because it was the weekend but eventually got in touch with Donovon the Service Rider. I carried the car in on that Monday and he told me that this was common in my type of car and i just needed to put some oil in it. He put oil in and it was ok. In 01/2020 I had to take my car in because it was making funny noises at that time I told Donovon to check my oil to see why I losing oil and he said ok. They replaced the belt 440. When the I came back to get my car I asked Donovon what did they find out about my car losing oil he told me nothing and that the car was fine and they didn't find anything. In 03/2020 I was on they to see my brother that was in the hospital and all my lights came on in the car and i called the dealership and talked to the Assistant GM and he told me that there was nothing that coulfd be done because the services department was claosed. If you go back and look there no notation from Donovon about my car losing oil he never checked it. I left it again with Donovon and I was told that I would loaner but did not get it until I raised so much cane. I also reached out to the corporate office and spoke to a lady and expressed my conerns and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE. I witness my car in the same parking space for the 3 months in the back of the store. I would ride by the dealership and see that it was still parked nothing was done. I was told that I needed to put a thousand miles on the car just for them to put a motor in but I never got pass a thousand miles because of all the malfunctions with the car. When the car was there the Used Car Manager told me to sell the car to car fax and he offered me $6,000 for the car or trade out andget something else on the car lot. My nephew is a finance manager for a dealership and he said that he spoke with the warranty company and they said that I was due for a motor because that was the warranty that I paid for. I spoke to Matt the service manager and he told me that he felt confident in what his service writer was doing. I also spoke to Christine that worked for the warranty company and she told me that they had sold me lemon and it was up to Flow to fix my car. Flow purchaed the car in Atlanta and it came to Willmington and they brought it up to me from there. With my nephew looking at the car fax he noticed that when tried to inspect the car but it would not pass the emissions. If you look at the history of my car there was nothing done from the service department. I have reported them to News 2 so that they could possibly get to the botton of this. My car has been sitting on their lot for 7 months and will remain to there until this issue is resolved. If you're looking for a car online from them please think twice and take the necessary percautions. More

Dale Upchurch is excellent, he is the only reason I would go back. Flow is mediocre at best. The customer service is horrible. I went to Honda and had a better experience.
