I have always been treated very well and always was able to get the vehicle that I wanted. The service department in my opinion is top shelf and the folks are always willing to help in any way. I consider several of the sales staff my good friends. More

Honestly we we My wife and I were in the market for a car a year and a half ago and we had been through the "run of the mill" Good Ol boy double talk. Honestly we were tired and very frustrated. We pulled into Flow VW GREENSBORO and we sat with Rob Garrett who LISTENED to our needs and budget requirements and he directed us to the Jetta that I am proudly still driving. Later we met Angela Obi in their Finance Dept who worked through many options and found the best fit for us. And it honestly was. We left happy and astounded that we had just bought a wonderful new car and we did not feel as if we had been run down and settled for something that really didn't suit our needs or budget. Not the case here Rob & Angela literally treated and respected us as if we were family. A week ago, we decided that we needed a second vehicle and there was no question as to where we were going. Again, above class people and professionalism who honestly cared about us and our needs along with a couple hugs and meaningful handshakes. Rob Garrett &Angela Obi certainly set the standard in Auto Sales professionalism and we consider them very good friends. More

They told me it had not but told me the vehicle 30000 service was covered by a maintenance program and they would be happy to take care of it. I recommend them my friends in North Carolina. Excellent Service Beyond Expectation I purchased a new Jetta in June of 2014 and I have to say that Flow VW of Greensboro made the experience an absolute pleasure. The sales staff, partic I purchased a new Jetta in June of 2014 and I have to say that Flow VW of Greensboro made the experience an absolute pleasure. The sales staff, particularly Annette Altizer, is incredible, truly listening to what you want and delivering service that goes beyond expectation. Since purchasing my Jetta, I have been back twice for routine maintenance checkups and detailing and I have to say each time I returned, they have remembered who I am and have treated me like family, going above and beyond to provide me with the best service possible. I cannot recommend this dealership enough. More
Came for wiper blades, treated like we were buying a Touareg I am from Pennsylvania and i visited my in-laws this weekend. I don't care for reviews normally, but this time around, i had to brag about the service I am from Pennsylvania and i visited my in-laws this weekend. I don't care for reviews normally, but this time around, i had to brag about the service. My wife and I own both, Audis and VW's. This weekend, i stopped in to buy wiper blades for my In-Law's Tiguan and upon arrival we were greeted by Wesley Rhoads. Wesley took us directly to the parts counter, and made it a point to wait and make sure we were taken care of. I expressed a wish to see the parts for Audi as my key fob was very weak and it needed the battery. Wesley walked us to the building next to VW and we were able to fix the key issue. He also offered us a cup of coffee and a snack. We were not in to buy a car, but we were handled professionally and with respect. For the short time i have met and known Wesley, i can tell you one thing, he is courteous, respectful and most importantly very knowledgable about the VW product. He drives one, he is enthusiastic about them. See him when you are ready for your VW. Thank you Flow, thank you Wesley! More
