Ms Spangler, Thanks for letting us know how you feel. If we do not know how customers feel then we can not fix their problems. I am fully aware of your concerns. I was aware of them on Saturday when you bought the car. When you went to Business Office and expressed your concern over the term and 0%, we brought you back out and explained the difference in 60 and 72 months. I feel that we gave you every chance to say no at that time. You chose to buy the car for 72 months. Now after the fact you are showing your concern.
